Cutter guides are set up in our repro department or can be supplied by you and are transferred to hardwood based plattens using metal blades at different depths to cut, crease or perforate the paper.

These are then run on one of three original Heidelberg cylinders which have been adapted to accommodate the die cutter, and the printed sheets are run through.
